Eungella Hub Online Booking System

Located at 13 North Street, the Eungella Hub is a versatile and welcoming community space located in the heart of Eungella. Nestled amidst the picturesque landscape of the Eungella township, this charming venue provides the perfect setting for a wide range of events and gatherings.

The Eungella Community Development Association (ECDA) takes pride in efficiently and effectively managing the Eungella Hub. With a dedicated team committed to fostering community engagement and supporting local initiatives, ECDA ensures the seamless operation of this cherished community space. From overseeing bookings and event coordination to maintaining the venue's facilities and safety standards, ECDA's management approach is built on a foundation of community collaboration and excellence. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment that brings people together and facilitates the success of a wide range of events and activities, all while preserving the beauty and functionality of the Eungella Hub for current and future generations to enjoy.

Our multi-functional hall is designed to accommodate various events and occasions, including but not limited to:

Venue Facilities

The Eungella Hub offers a wide range of outstanding facilities:

  • Wheelchair friendly with ramp access

  • Main hall size is 148 square meters

  • Stage size is 19 square metres

  • Total hall size (including bar + kitchen + toilets) is 322 square meters

  • Maximum capacity 180 people

  • Reverse cycle air conditioning

  • Ceiling fans

  • Toilets

  • Showers (accessable 24/7 to public)

  • 21 assorted tables (details in T's & C's document - page 15)

  • 150 chairs

  • Outdoor covered area

There are 2 local catering businesses that provide catering for the Eungella Hub.


Cafe Eden provide tea, coffee, lunch and refreshments. Cafe Eden can be contacted by emailing


Jo's Catering provides evening meals and catering for large events. Jo's Catering can be contacted by emailing or calling 0447 175 592.


A licensed bar service is provided by ECDA which includes bar staff, payment services (cash and EFTPOS) as well as custom drink packages catered to your specific requirements. To arrange a bar service for your event, please email after you have made your event booking.

Booking Process

We've streamlined the booking process to ensure a seamless and convenient experience for all our valued customers. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to hire the Eungella Hub and secure your booking.

1. Check availability

Using the calendar further down on this page, check to see that the hall is available on the date/s and time/s that you want to book for.

2. Review price guide

Using the pricing information further down on this page, review our pricing so you know how much hiring the Eungella Hub will cost.

3. Start online booking

Press the "Start Booking" button at the bottom of this page to start the booking process.

4. Agree to our Terms and Conditions of Hire

Before you will be able to make a booking with us, you will need read and agree to our Terms and Conditions of Hire. We value transparency and want to ensure everyone is on the same page.

5. Upload necessary documents

ECDA has Casual Hirers’ Liability Cover which provides a liability cover for Casual Hirers such as weddings and parties etc. Hirers that do not meet the criteria of a Casual Hirer are deemed Uninsured Hirers and will need to provide their Public Liability Certificate of Currency. Further details are provided in the Terms and Conditions of Hire.

6. Select your date and time

You will be able to select the date, time and duration of your booking using our online booking system.

7. Payment and confirmation

You will be guided to our online payment platform to securely pay and confirm your booking.


Before starting your online booking, we recommend that you first check availability for the dates and times that you plan to book. The calendar below shows bookings already in our system. Use the arrows at the top left corner of the calendar to navigate to the desired month/week to check for availability. To make a booking, you will need to press the "Start Booking" button at the bottom of this page.

Note: the calendar below is NOT mobile friendly and is best used on a larger screen like an iPad, laptop or computer.

Fees and Payment

The hourly rate is $35.00. All bookings, regardless of duration will incur a $80 cleaning fee. Discounts apply for bookings across consecutive days. The list below outlines the fees when hiring the Eungella Hub. All fees must be paid online at the time of booking to confirm your booking.

4 hours Eungella Hub Hire: $220.00

6 hours Eungella Hub Hire: $290.00

Full Day (24 hours) Eungella Hub Hire: $360.00

2  Full Days Eungella Hub Hire: $570.00

3 Full Days Eungella Hub Hire: $710.00

4 Full Days Eungella Hub Hire: $850.00
